The words that come to mind; Team, Family, Leadership, Impactful, Growth, etc. This list could go on and on in positivity. This is a company that cares. They want you to grow, be better and promote leadership. In fact, they've even put together Leadership Journey Modules to teach us how to enhance our strengths and acknowledge & strengthen our weaknesses. The first thing you will feel here is welcome. The Leadership is part of the 'team' and there aren't any "big I's and little you's" here. Dwayne Groll is a true example of Balance, Knowledge, Compassion and Leadership. In fact, the whole leadership team are this way. You will never feel less important than anyone. Basically, I'm trying to say, this is the best company in Akron, hands down.
