      Flexible, transparent work environment. There is no hidden agendas, reports on all aspects of the business are shared weekly, monthly and annually. Strategic and business plans are shared and data to make decisions is sourced from all employees. Remote work is embraced looking into the future and the company is growth oriented, leading to more opportunities.
