Leadership cares deeply about creating a place where staff can make an impact in our company and community. I have never been around a company that invests in their staff and fights against silos. Company created several professional development training depending on how much individuals want to invest in themselves: leadership journey which taught us about better communication, “blue lobster” group which provides specialty training for younger staff, and project management training for everyone????!!! Leadership is smart, caring, and not full of themselves. They are very open and willing to listen to new ideas. We have tons of free lunches...ever hear about the freshman 15...we probably have the EDG 15. Then there is Don’s cafe - free fresh fruit Tuesday from our wellness committee.
