Good place to spend couple of years and learn - Anonymous employee Envision Financial Systems Employee Review

1. Small place so no scope to grow beyond a point. 2. Working on old technologies, so not much to learn. 3. Initially was a great place to work but became a nightmare with new management , promoted a suspicious and toxic culture. Lately I hear things are better and is a good place to work again. 4. Works in only one domain, so limited exposure beyond that. 5. Not aggressive in sales and marketing, so has failed to grow much.
