None.. unless you consider the monthly birthday cake cutting ang sing along session where you have smile and appeared to be enjoying free cake a benefit... prob discontinued as a result of social distancing measures arising from COVID 19...thank goodness
Cons
Poor leaders especially in the so call APAC regional office. Do not bother to check in on staff who are overworked and struggling to cope or even make a fake attempt to act concerned. When you throw in resignation letter, they it clear that it is entirely your fault. At the peak of COVID 19, staff were let go via curt phone call and there was no attempt to offer any assuring words on your last day. Not recommended unless you really have no options and need to put bread on the table.
