Pros
1. Envista presents a lot of career advancement opportunities to those who thrive in their roles. Because their are multiple operating companies, often times you can get promoted moving from one "OpCo" to the other. Envista is also constantly changing/re-organizing which frequently presents opportunities to take on new roles/assignments. 2. Envista is not a bureaucratic organization. Envista is more focused on getting results quickly, than it is following processes and policies that are not helpful. You are empowered to make decisions yourself. 3. I find that most people really enjoy working here and take pride in their jobs. 4. Dental Market is a very stable industry to be in and should preform well even during a recession. (Unless there's another mass pandemic!) 5. Benefits are pretty good. 12 paid weeks off for new Dads. Good 401k match, some free dental treatments (Clear Aligners!), etc. Compensation I would say is competitive with market rates.
Cons
1. Things change very quickly here. Sometimes org structure changes, so you may have a different boss than the one you started with. For some people this can be very unsettling. (It doesnt bother me) 2. Envista does set very ambitious targets, that can sometimes be daunting. I think this brings out the best in people, but it can also be a bit stressful.
