Pros

There is decent pay & benefits, but ultimately not worth the treatment.

Cons

Like others have commented, there are far too many unqualified, dishonest, and self-serving individuals that have been put in leadership roles at Envista. The culture is a cut-throat environment and employees are cut down, often publicly, and not treated well no matter how hard they work. You will get taken advantage of. I was often not paid overtime when I had been asked to work - was told the company would compensate me with hours or a day off here and there, which I believe is illegal. I also personally experienced retaliation from my manager when issues of verbal abuse were relayed to HR. Many people I have worked with had issues with the Head of HR that were ignored/dismissed because of the loyalty he has with the CEO which resulted in a high turnover rate of staffing at every level. If you're related to the CEO, there's definitely a higher chance of upward mobility, or as long as you fake it til you make it by kissing up to those who are allied with the CEO.
