short term job security - Inside Sales Representative Envista Employee Review

Envista has had lay offs consistently since 2022. This is so sad to watch tenured employees of 20 years get laid off based off budget cuts. these employees have dedicated themselves to a company that only cares about the bottom line and making themselves look good for the shareholder displacing many tenured employees with a subpar severance package. If you’re interested in applying to any Envista OpCo just know there is absolutely no job security within this company. it’s an awful and toxic work culture of upper management fear mongering you into hitting your quotas instead of supporting you. you’re just a number and they do not care about their employees. we had a joke of a 18 hour sales meeting this year.
