Pros
Pays well, very cool work campus, challenging and meaningful work, surrounded by mostly great coworkers.
Cons
There is an expectation to work long hours, it is a very steep learning curve, so it feels very overwhelming at times and a lack of overall flexibility. You don't get as many holidays off as most other companies; PTO can be limited and there is little to no work from home option.
