      - Relatively decent work life balance compared to other roles - Overall company direction is moving towards better dev quality of life and faster incorporation of new technologies - Good pay in a cheaper area and can learn a lot of things quickly

      Cons

      - Lack of strong company togethership (at least to me) - Can sometimes be asked to work a lot more
