      There's really no great recourse if you're unhappy with your TL or compensation, the ranking system that determines your pay/raises is opaque and quite political, more often than not if you're in a tough spot on a project their support is mostly just words and not actions

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
