Would not recommend - Projecf Manager Epic Employee Review

Very little time off including almost no sick days. Company has the ability to allow more flexible work from home policies, but won’t move towards that direction because they perceive it to be less productive. Still regularly holding large 600+ in person meetings during omicron peak while schools are virtual and county recommends work from home where possible. Flagrant disrespect for employees safety.
