Pros
Salary (takes a bit to be competitive but if you stick it out it will surpass many other opportunities), campus is cool (but you have to be there), dining, industry leader, lot of autonomy
Cons
- No remote flexibility unless you move (and take a paycut) - Executives have lost touch with the average employee over the years - Unrealistic international expectations (see it as an opportunity to the employee vs. doing something for the company) - Losing good employees and flooding the positions with new inexperienced staff (mostly only hire out of college so you often don’t get new staff with experience in a real job) - May quickly end up working 60-70 hours a week and eventually it becomes more of an expectation
