Pros
This is a great job to get into the tech field, especially for non-engineering majors. The pay is high in comparison to other first jobs. The campus is incredible and the themes are really fun. Your coworkers will be highly competent. Fantastic healthcare with zero copays. If you have a lot of healthcare expenses, this is the company for you.
Cons
The company isn't willing to negotiate remote work or other benefits. This makes it so they are lagging behind other tech companies in terms of benefits. The ability to work on self-initiated projects is limited since most of your time is spent in meetings or preparing for said meetings. Turnover is high and there are a lot of employees with a low tenure.
