Pros
-The opportunity to work on a massive tech campus equivalent to that of Google or Facebook -Incredible culinary options, strong starting salary, standing desks, bikes to get around, etc. -Ownership is emphasized! There is a very strong company culture but ultimately everyone is responsible for their own work that they produce, especially individual projects. -Very social and active company. Not everyone is 'young', but it feels good to work with many people who are in your age range and are at a similar stage in life.
Cons
-Very limited remote work options due to investment in the campus -Only two weeks' vacation for the first few years -High expectations no matter how high the workload already is. We answer to our customers, so they always come first.
