Cons
- Tech stack can range from very modern to extremely dated - Not enough industry professionals, too many college hires - Too much maintenance of due to a lack of a design process - Developers/automation projects not given enough time - Bad diversity, mainly due to location - Bad work-from-home policy (5 days a year) - Too many large-scale initiatives occurring at once
