Pros
They hire in large quantities especially during the summers, so there is a very good chance of getting a job here straight out of college if you have the skill set and attitude to work that they expect. Pay for quality management is pretty good for a software testing job, with a fairly predictable cycle of yearly raises (amount depending on performance).
Cons
Sometimes situations will come up on your team where more than the usual 40-45 hours may be expected in a week. It is not for the faint of heart. Company also has a limited number of work from home days per year and company culture makes that unlikely to change any time soon. I personally prefer office-based work but I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.
