Pros

Epsilon had great benefits when I left. Some of the best I've seen from a large firm. The CEO is also a good guy and genuinely seems to care about his people.

Cons

Some managers were not trustworthy. Like so many firms, if you can bring in a lot of money, corporate seems to turn a blind eye to some of the less reputable activities of its managers. If it wasn't for one or two executives doing shady things behind closed doors, I would give Epsilon high marks across the board.

Lots of opportunities to grow at this company and make an impact. Other employees are also hard workers.

Cons

The management can be very involved which is a good and bad thing. Also with it being smaller teams due to a smaller contracting company you may have to wear multiple hats.
