- Good health care if you're fulltime - My group of people are fun to work with

Cons

- Upper management seems to not care about us "grunt workers" - There's seemingly no way to move up in the company - Hard to get a raise even when you put your heart and soul into the company - Contract based work makes every year a scare of potentially losing your job - Management doesn't listen to critical feedback as much as I would hope - Too much expectation for too little pay - There are no incentives to do well or better than others

Lots of opportunities to grow at this company and make an impact. Other employees are also hard workers.

Cons

The management can be very involved which is a good and bad thing. Also with it being smaller teams due to a smaller contracting company you may have to wear multiple hats.
