Offers flexibility and they really do know how to match positions with your skill set. Most people you work with are veterans as well so it keeps the camaraderie and discipline of the military. Good pay.

Cons

Hiring process is fast and so a lot of information is given to you at once making it a bit overwhelming.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow at this company and make an impact. Other employees are also hard workers.

Cons

The management can be very involved which is a good and bad thing. Also with it being smaller teams due to a smaller contracting company you may have to wear multiple hats.
