Great corporate culture. Management has a good handle on the business. Employee Stock Owner ship Plan and benefits are average or above -average across the board.

Cons

Government contract driven work in a current climate that does not look promising for growth in the near-term. Remote locations can be feel unconnected from the corporate office.

Lots of opportunities to grow at this company and make an impact. Other employees are also hard workers.

Cons

The management can be very involved which is a good and bad thing. Also with it being smaller teams due to a smaller contracting company you may have to wear multiple hats.
