      Pros

      One of the best (if not the best) companies I ever worked to. Lovely place, a good Team and cross teams interaction. The benefits are wonderful. A hell of an EOY party!

      Cons

      sometimes you don't know in which direction you are rowing, the decentralization is a good thing, however the company in Brazil lacks flexibility, and even put an bad eyes on those who push this tendency a bit forward.

      Pros

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
