None poor salary long hours lots of extra liabilities

Cons

Training is very disorganised and totally unstructured. Trainer was always on phone helping other technicians with problems of which there were many. End up working out in field while supposedly training

Awesome company with a great environment and wonderful people. The work is satisfying.

Cons

Consistency isn't really a thing. You never know if you're going to have enough work to fill your time that week or not.
