      Nice place to work for starters, every training is given to you to learn. Good Benefits, lots of travelling opportunities.

      Cons

      Poor Onboarding process. Excessive Micromanagement. Toxic work culture. Poor Training. You are meant to figure things out on your own. Lack of Diversity and Inclusion. Management only care about living early. No room for growth and development. No room for promotions.

      Pros

      Flexible about PTO and decent benefits. Had really good coworkers.

      Cons

      When management is bad, its real bad. Makes it real difficult to work with the micromanaging, lack of support and appreciation, and incompetent management that rather protect egos than worrying about unsustainable employee turnover rates.
