      - 2 office locations, Whitefeild and JP Nagar, - Good faciltiies - Year end goodies - 3 Months Notice Period, with no buy out. Mandatory serve.

      Cons

      - Going under cost cutting - Multiple Changing Management creates uncertainty - Delayed Appraisal and Bonuses from past 3 years. - Internal growth opportunities are limited - Work pressure is a lot, uncommonly high expectations and low appreciation/reward. - Work env completly depends on what kind of Manager you are assigned to. - Feels like the company is spiraling down, slowly but surely, with benefits, hikes and what not

      Pros

      Flexible about PTO and decent benefits. Had really good coworkers.

      Cons

      When management is bad, its real bad. Makes it real difficult to work with the micromanaging, lack of support and appreciation, and incompetent management that rather protect egos than worrying about unsustainable employee turnover rates.
