They will expect you to be on call at all times and if you dont work an insane amount of hours you will not be treated well. Most of the companies upper management is pompous demanding and disrespectful. They pay you the bare minimum compared to industry and competitors standards. High turnover rate due to lack of professionalism and respect. Not sure why this company treats their employees the way they do. If you want to work somewhere where you will have no work life balance, feel pressured to work days nights and weekends just to be treated with somewhat of a sense of respect from Management and all the while making very little income for your hard work this is the place for you.
