Pros
Decent medical benefits is all i can really think of and experience to list on your resume until you can get out and onto a real career.
Cons
First off the pay is embarrassing and way below industry standards. Upper Management will expect you to have the mentality that you should be on call at all times and if you do not work an excessive amount of hours each week you will not be treated well. Most of the companies upper management is pompous, demanding and disrespectful. High turnover rate due to lack of pay, professionalism and respect and demanding schedule/over abundance of work constantly. They are constantly understaffed because they cant keep employees and they are all about the money and gaining new business and new clients even when their current staff is already drowning in work. Not sure why this company treats people the way that they do. They advertise a work life balance and a family atmosphere and that is the furthest thing from the truth. This job will be your life for not much money.
