Management has an appreciation of employees and allows the employees some flexibility. There are often opportunities to cross-train and gain new knowledge and improve skills. Management is open and approachable.
Cons
Salary compensation is rather low in comparison to other companies in the local market, resulting in a higher turnover. The high turnover results in more work for employees as new people are recruited/hired-on.
