Pros
Benefits are decent. Working along side a major pharma company allows for greater exposure to the industry and experience.
Cons
You are contracted to other companies and will always feel inferior in the work that you do. they make it clear that you are there to serve the client but also have to satisfy your managers. There is a 2 year term on some sites. Which means after two years....good luck finding another site to work at or another company. I hope you negotiated a good salary because that's all your going to receive. The raises are a joke and the salary compared to other companies are a bigger joke.
