benefits are good, paid time off is good but no sick time

Inconsistent leadership, I personally haven't had a group leader(supervisor), person who handles annual reviews that directly impact performance based pay increases, for more than one consecutive year. Pay is literally a fraction of the full time employees of the companies you are assigned to for equal work. Upper management does not address any of your concerns.
