Startups generally (approx. 90%) are volatile and could stop your career growth all of sudden in the middle, leaving you without complete experience of what you develop or implement or work upon. Even though it is the Apple and Google of TIC (Testing Inspection and Certification) industry, has >45k employees, it is still not a commonly known brand to common people, so your relatives and friends may not be wowed by hearing the company name where you work.
