None of the managers or supervisors have any training or management experience and it shows. Expect you to rearrange your schedule on a moment’s notice so forget about work/life balance. Even if you go above and beyond, you will still be told you aren’t doing enough. Dead end job. High turnover because most people are smart enough to figure out what this company is about and get out not long after they’re hired. Nothing done about the guy who constantly harasses female coworkers. Equipment out of commission, like hoods and air circulator, puts everyone’s health at risk. The place is risky for your health overall. You are better off working at Walmart or MacDonald’s because you’ll get the same pay, learn the same amount of skills, and not worry that you’ll get cancer every time you go to work.
