Pros
There is nothing good out of this company. Sure, take the job if you need the paycheck but don't stay long. The company's model does not pay well for the amount of work they put on the entry levels, or the PSS. They'll keep making you work a lot and when you see your raise, you really wonder if it's a raise. The way the vacation time and sick day is set up, it's terrible because it's all in one. Any amount of overtime, you will get in trouble despite all the good work you do for the client. And working the exact hours to not be paid more, you’ll be in trouble for not doing much more for the company.
Cons
You are treated very badly if you work as a PSS. The client's full time employees will exploit all your hard work. You will work longer for less pay, while your full time colleagues steal the credit for all the work. Be prepared for working two jobs and two bosses for the crappy pay. You are called a full time employee with Eurofins but the client site will always remind you that you are a contractor through toxic behavior. And be prepared to have a group leader who won't defend you when you speak up about this harrassment because it is about money in the end. Hell even your group lead can steal your ideas for their own and gaslight you.
