Pros
Hire right out of college, good people, good benefits, great PTO, very flexible for family planning. Looks good on a resume, no lay offs, great GMP/GLP exposure/training, they like to promote from within and to hire off of employee references
Cons
A lot of the pros listed above are company wide but also many are department oriented. Some departments are great and others are little short or terrible. Salary is poor, and justified because they don't lay off but still isn't enough justification for my bank account, plus lots of overtime poured into this place which is nice at first but depletes the work/life balance after a while. can be a bit "political" as the company is growing out of it's britches constantly and everyone is vying for more resources, etc.
