      Pros

      Laid back environment. Friendly coworkers. Flexible work hours. Hourly pay was also pretty decent. Small quiet clean building.

      Cons

      Limited room for growth. Management could definitely use some work restrucuring. You basically have to carry your own weight and no one is on top of you telling you to meet deadlines. So you have to be very proactice yourself.
