well, it is nice working there, I joined the company couple of years ago and it is a friendly environment with very kind colleagues to work with. Not so much companies give a fully paid one hour break these days but Experchem does. Furthermore, we actually work 35 hours a week. Wow that is so great. Some nice social events through out the year. Management is easily reachable and there is no high walls between me and my direct manager or even the GM. if we need anything, management will make the decision promptly with bureaucracy
