Pros
Able to learn a broad spectrum of terminology related to the pharma industry(if you're willing to be pushed and shoved around by senior staff), makes one a jack of all trades and a master of none.
Cons
Absolutely no growth if you decide to work here long term, every other week the company loses a team member due to unprofessionalism at the workplace, bullying by senior staff, lack of bonuses, performance reviews, constant nagging and extreme pressure o meet sales targets when quality management in an otherwise regulated environment is NEVER pressured to meet sales targets The top management seem to think only about the money, they have absolutely no skill or expertise in the are of quality systems and quality management and continue to bring out very low quality, sub-standard work, which is the acceptable norm. Just learn what you can and quit, it's what everyone does because you're not valued as a human being let alone employee!
