Pros
coworkers are great people, pay is okay
Cons
my god the management needs to breathe. they need to stop slaving for the company and centering their entire leaves around their jobs because the stress they subject themselves to in order to make the most money and keep the business running as quickly as possible bleeds out into everyone else's experience. we are expected to perform a brain-frying amount of work at exceptional progress with minimal errors and constantly logging every little thing you do and keeping track of paperwork and responding to emails and all for a lower-than-industry-standard amount of money. you can take PTO but you'll be guilted for doing so. also there are no windows and the building is a lifeless space with outdated equipment that you're expected to maintain without being paid as a maintenance technician
