Pros
Managers, team leaders, and employees are all very friendly. ELL has established a good relationship with the Client; because of this, sometimes you will get hired on to the Client's team.
Cons
I think many people here see this as a gateway job (2, MAYBE 3 years max), not a career. Pay is 25% industry standard, and many times 40-50% below what the client would be making. The yearly pay increase has yet to cover the cost of living increase (such as more expensive health insurance premiums), so each year, you end up making less. ELL requires a four year degree for the majority of their positions, yet pays you like you barely graduated high school. I understand this is a contractor position, but most CROs pay more.
