management and above don't care about their employees. responsibilities are not evenly distributed, constantly would be given work from other teams and would be doing the jobs of three people at once for such measly pay. PTO was stingy and almost impossible to use for consecutive days off. worked many, many weekends on special projects with absolutely no incentive or reward or anything and you're just made out to feel like a replaceable robot and not an actual human being. no room for advancement unless you are there for years or you're in the boys club,
