Pros
Most of the staff and employees are very friendly caring and family oriented everybody knows who you are and always acknowledges you and most of the nurses do what they can to help the aides when needed
Cons
There are 3 main floors they are all ran a bit differently, some better/more organized than others as any assisted living facilities facility it can at times be/feel understaffed and hectic
