Freezing/Mandating Management sometimes isn't helpful and sometimes the staff don't use teamwork. Broken equipment or not enough.

Staffing can be a nightmare at times, with their mandation policy for staffing ratios, you might as well not plan anything for 8 hours after your shift as refusing a mandate can cost you your job. It doesn't matter if you are in school, have kids, have an appointment that you booked out months in advance, or if you were mandated the last 2 shifts, you must stay.
