Pros
The pay is higher than most places in the area but for the stress of what you have to deal with it's not nearly enough.
Cons
Terrible management (management are all friends with each other so they don't hold each other accountable for them not doing their jobs; management is terribly disconnected from what is actually going on in the facility and with staff. If you tell them when there is a problem they ignore it.) , terrible scheduling (one person in charge of scheduling for the whole building of hundreds of employees using an extremely outdated computer that is still running windows 2000. Mistakes with the schedule left and right.) , terrible communication, being mandated (frozen) quite frequently. Benefits are so-so
