Very disorganized work environment. Also head honchos refuses to give us more staff when we have asked numerous times. It is impossible to give good care to the residents and it is also impossible to get out of work on time. A typical day for a CNA is terrible and I'm guessing the residents don't have the best days either. If you are looking for a CNA job look elsewhere in town. Plenty of nursing homes to choose from.
