      Great coworkers, you'll work with people who will definitely make the job better. Decent pay compared to the experience required if you're looking to collect a check

      Cons

      The management style is straight-up micromanaging. Its a sales job and don't let them spin it as if it weren't.

      Pros

      Good working environment. Staff is supportive and willing to help students and faculty alike.

      Cons

      Materials for teaching the material are not adequate in some of the courses; needs to be revised.

      Pros

      One of the reasons I'm interested in working at Everglades University is the opportunity to help students reach their educational and career goals. I also like that the university seems to have a supportive, team-oriented work environment with opportunities to grow professionally. The focus on student success and maintaining a good work-life balance makes it a place where I could see myself building a long-term career. I also have the most amazing boss!!
