      There are no pros at all.

      Cons

      Don't accept any offer. If you do it, it's under your own risk. They are very unprofessional. A common staff meeting consist of yelling, threating. If you respect yourself don't go there. If you do ask why the turn over is that high.

      Dear Former Employee. We have a very tenured and professional Boca Raton team, so this review is simply bogus and meant to be harmful to the University. Our leadership at the Boca Raton Campus is one of the best we have and I have never heard anyone raise their voice at this campus. Laughing yes, yelling no. All the best to you.       Good working environment. Staff is supportive and willing to help students and faculty alike.

      Cons

      Materials for teaching the material are not adequate in some of the courses; needs to be revised.

      Pros

      One of the reasons I'm interested in working at Everglades University is the opportunity to help students reach their educational and career goals. I also like that the university seems to have a supportive, team-oriented work environment with opportunities to grow professionally. The focus on student success and maintaining a good work-life balance makes it a place where I could see myself building a long-term career. I also have the most amazing boss!!
