      Pros

      The Tampa campus is like a family. The students are our number one concern. Our Vice President is very hands on and truly cares for each and every student.

      Cons

      Very Fast paced environment. You must be able to multi-task and move from one project to another.

      Pros

      Good working environment. Staff is supportive and willing to help students and faculty alike.

      Cons

      Materials for teaching the material are not adequate in some of the courses; needs to be revised.

      Pros

      One of the reasons I'm interested in working at Everglades University is the opportunity to help students reach their educational and career goals. I also like that the university seems to have a supportive, team-oriented work environment with opportunities to grow professionally. The focus on student success and maintaining a good work-life balance makes it a place where I could see myself building a long-term career. I also have the most amazing boss!!
