      Pros

      In my years at Everglades University, I have had the absolute pleasure of working with some of the most talented faculty and staff I could ever hope to meet. There is an overall atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration; everyone is always willing to spend time to give helpful advice or train you on a new skill.

      Cons

      There is a tendency to focus on immediate concerns rather than long-range planning.

      Pros

      Good working environment. Staff is supportive and willing to help students and faculty alike.

      Cons

      Materials for teaching the material are not adequate in some of the courses; needs to be revised.

      Pros

      One of the reasons I'm interested in working at Everglades University is the opportunity to help students reach their educational and career goals. I also like that the university seems to have a supportive, team-oriented work environment with opportunities to grow professionally. The focus on student success and maintaining a good work-life balance makes it a place where I could see myself building a long-term career. I also have the most amazing boss!!
