      Pros

      No reason other than to gain experience and get out ASAP. Total smoke screen of lies.

      Cons

      1. Vicious and unethical executive team. 2. Will do anything to enroll...even call students on the DO NOT CALL list. 3. Scheming and vile President/ CEO. 4. Made Executive team write intentionally positive reviews to cover up their negative image. 5. Daily verbal abuse by the 3 executives. 6. You will be discredited and treated like trash..daily....until you have a nervous breakdown or you quit. Their turn over is astronomical. 7. Vile and cruel to staff.

      Pros

      Good working environment. Staff is supportive and willing to help students and faculty alike.

      Cons

      Materials for teaching the material are not adequate in some of the courses; needs to be revised.

      Pros

      One of the reasons I'm interested in working at Everglades University is the opportunity to help students reach their educational and career goals. I also like that the university seems to have a supportive, team-oriented work environment with opportunities to grow professionally. The focus on student success and maintaining a good work-life balance makes it a place where I could see myself building a long-term career. I also have the most amazing boss!!
