Cons

Toxic work environment, the worst leadership I’ve ever encountered, pressure from management to enroll anyone who has a pulse, scam people and saddle them with student loan debt for made up degrees that they can’t find jobs for.

One of the reasons I'm interested in working at Everglades University is the opportunity to help students reach their educational and career goals. I also like that the university seems to have a supportive, team-oriented work environment with opportunities to grow professionally. The focus on student success and maintaining a good work-life balance makes it a place where I could see myself building a long-term career. I also have the most amazing boss!!
